Diamond-Ground Surface Prep
Every epoxy installation starts with diamond grinding to a CSP 2-3 profile. No acid etching. Maximum mechanical adhesion for a floor that will not delaminate.
100% Solids Epoxy
We use commercial-grade 100% solids epoxy systems, not water-based or low-solids products. Higher solids content means greater thickness, durability, and chemical resistance.
Fast-Cure Polyaspartic Topcoat
All epoxy systems are sealed with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Fast cure, UV-stable, and highly resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and tire marks.
Moisture Vapor Barrier
We test for moisture vapor transmission and apply a moisture vapor barrier when needed. This prevents osmotic blistering and delamination.

How It Works
Site Assessment
We assess your concrete, discuss your application requirements, and recommend the appropriate epoxy system for your space.
Diamond Grinding
The concrete is diamond-ground to a CSP 2-3 profile for maximum mechanical adhesion. All cracks and spalls are repaired.
Moisture Vapor Testing
We test for moisture vapor transmission and apply a moisture vapor barrier if needed before the epoxy base coat.
Epoxy Base Coat
100% solids epoxy base coat is applied at the specified thickness. Decorative flake, quartz, or metallic pigments are broadcast at this stage.
Intermediate Coat (if required)
For high-build systems or decorative applications, an intermediate coat is applied to lock in the broadcast material and build film thickness.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat is applied to seal and protect the system. Fast cure, high gloss, and highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals.
