EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS ARE THE FUTURE

Epoxy coatings have come a long way since their first inception in the mid 1930s and recently have really taken off in their aesthetic and versatile uses. These coatings are shiny, easy to clean, waterproof, scratch resistant, easily repaired and much more. The floor of the future is truly here.
Brute strength, abrasion resistance and much more. Epoxy coatings are known for their ability to take a beating day in and out. They can withstand high heat, they are anti bacterial and have high chemical resistance.
Every project requires a customized epoxy floor coating system. We have the experience to custom tailor epoxy systems that are designed to suit the needs of your company and budget. Below are some of our most popular epoxy flooring systems.
METALLIC EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS
This is the show stopper of floors. Everyone that sees it will always drop their jaw in amazement. Metallic epoxy flooring will help create an ambiance that is out of this world.
The metallic swirling produces a custom flooring material that is custom each and every time. No two floors are alike. Colors can be combined to create very starch contrasts and extreme looking floors. On the contrary you can achieve more subtle metallic movements by using a single color, or satin top coats to make a more classic look that doesn’t overpower your room.
Metallic epoxy floor coatings are perfect for nightclubs, restaurants, lobbies, showrooms, office spaces and hotels. They can be used to liven up work places like warehouses and industrial environments and still be extremely durable with our tough urethane top coats.

WAREHOUSE EPOXY FLOOR COATING
The busiest warehouses in the state choose epoxy coatings as their flooring material because they work. Each warehouse has different levels of traffic and therefore you can dismiss the one system fits all mentality out the window.
For the light traffic, low speed warehouse used light for storage of light weight items we would recommend a thin mil system. Thin mil systems are generally under 16 Mills thick and would be sufficient for light fork lift traffic. Usually a grind and seal system would be fine for this, available in clear or Pigmented. This system can be tweaked for your needs but exhibits a strong scratch resistance and decent chemical resistance to most common chems.
For higher traffic warehouse floors we would step you up to a high build system. These thicker coatings are applied at over 25 to 30 Mills. They are built to withstand heavy duty forklift traffic, digging , dragging and high impact resistance.
There are several high build epoxy floor coating systems available such as; quartz broadcast epoxy, cement urethane slurry, novolac epoxy systems to name a few. These systems are fit for super brutal conditions of heavy palletes being dragged, chemical resistance and abrasion proof.
